Honey Cap Mould | Sauce Cap Mould

Honey cap mould manufactured to produce cap capping on honey bottle. As a professional plastic cap mould factory, Taizhou Xiongshi Plastic Mould Co., Ltd have made many different type plastic cap moulds, include honey cap mould.

Normally honey cap include two parts – base part and top cover part. Therefore we need to make two sperate sets cap moulds.

• Honey cap 3D design

3D design made according customer’s sample, but made a little bit change on the sizes to fit on the new bottles. We can make part 3D design according customer’s hand drawed draft also. This is free service, we don’t charge extra cost.

∶ Honey cap mould 3D design

Honey cap mould structure is simple on account of non-unscrew thread and without sliders. And due to both mould only 4 cavity, mould size is small, so the mould cavity plate and core plate is whole plate design, not insert type. Core inserts are all insert design as it should be.

Core and cavity are all S136 steel, and mould base 45# steel. All the mould steel from our supplier have certificate.

Honey cap mould main tooling process include cnc milling tooling, cnc engraving tooling, boring tooling, lathe tooling, drilling tooling, etc. All is normal tooling process.

Above 2 pictures are all honey cap mould trail samples. Both base part and top part cap made by PP material. And both can use homopolymer PP, but top part cap better use copolymerized PP to get better toughness.
