Mould steel for plastic closure mould
In order to build high quality plastic closure mould, we always purchase hard mould steel. H13, 2316,S136 these steel are widely used in plastic closure mould. We purchase mould base as well when client have this kind needs. After quenching and tempering treatment, mould hardness will be 48-52HRC.
Runner system of plastic closure mould
Both cold runner and hot runner are available for plastic closure mould. Normally we design pin gate and submarine gate for cold runner, pin gate and valve gate for hot runner. Chinese hot runner is with very good quality and electricial price. Only few client apply famous brand hot runner, such as YUDO. YUDO provide worldwide after-sale service;Chinese hot runner after sale service can be provided through us. In fact, only heater is easy broken, we give client heaters free of charge together with mould.

We have CNC tooling center, CNC milling machine, CNC engraving machine, CNC lathe machine. EDM machine. Due to have own machining room, the mould delivery time can be easily control.
